It contains a Texas-Kentucky Bluegrass Hybrid and Black Beauty turf-type tall fescues, making it perfect for lawns located in the transition zone. Black Beauty Heat and Drought Grass Seed can withstand very hot temperatures, up to 100°F, and requires less water than other grass species.
