Return policy

Claims
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at service@shopgasper.net if an item is defective, damaged or if you received the incorrect item. We will evaluate and remedy the issue as quickly as possible.

Holiday Merchandise
Holiday merchandise may be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery or pickup provided item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

Returns on Christmas merchandise will not be accepted after December 22nd.

Electrical or motorized products that have been used, submerged in water, or exposed to outdoor elements are not eligible for return.

All sales are final on clearance items and special/custom order items.

General Merchandise
General merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup provided item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

Hardscape Department
Tools may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup provided item(s) are unused and in their original packaging.

Building Materials
Building materials may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the date of delivery or pickup if they are a regularly stocked item and are not damaged. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Product for return must be organized as it was sold, by style and color. Product sold by the layer, must be returned by full layers only. Credit will not be given for partial layers.

Bulk Landscape Materials 
Bulk landscaping materials are not eligible for return or exchange.

Nursery Stock & Aquatics
When your order for plant material is ready for pickup or delivery, you will receive an email with pictures of your order. Once we have your acceptance, your order will be considered ready for pickup or delivery.

Because we take this extra step to ensure that you approve of your plants, all online sales of plant material are final.

Trees and shrubs purchased at full price are backed by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery or pickup. This warranty includes a one-time replacement of the tree or shrub for equal value of the original purchase price.

Trees and shrubs that are left unplanted or are potted are not eligible for warranty replacement. Trees and shrubs bought at a sale or clearance price are not eligible for warranty replacement.

Annuals, perennials, houseplants, bonsai plants, and aquatic plants (including live fish) are not eligible for warranty replacement.

How to Start Your Return
To start a return, please contact us at service@shopgasper.net. Make sure to reference your order number and contact information in the email. Once a staff member has reviewed and approved your request, you will be issued an RA (return authorization) number and given instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your item is eligible for a refund, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at service@shopgasper.net.
