Gasper’s story began back in 1987, when Robert Gasper and his wife Paula purchased their first home in Holland, PA. What started as Bob landscaping his own yard quickly grew into something more, as friends, customers, and neighbors began asking for his help transforming their properties, and a new passion took root.

As demand grew, so did the business. In 1994, the Gaspers expanded from landscape work into retail, opening their first garden center. That step marked the beginning of what would become the Gasper Home & Garden Center, known today not just for its beautiful plants, but also for quality hardscape supplies, outdoor furniture, and everything needed to create inspired outdoor spaces.

Now led by Bob, alongside Paula and their children, Dana and Bobby, Gasper remains very much a family business. Many members of the extended family lend their expertise across the company’s divisions, and together with a team of more than 160 dedicated employees, they continue to uphold Bob’s original commitment: exceptional customer service and products that stand the test of time.
