The dense, golden foliage of Juniperus horizontalis ‘Golden Carpet’ takes on a third dimension as elongated streamers of new growth appear to float over the body of the plant and creep beyond the edges. More vigorous than J.h. ‘Mother Lode’, it grows well in full sun, and takes on mauve tones in winter.
