Cortland Apple Tree
Malus domestica 'Cortland'
Semi-dwarf apple tree. 'Cortland' is a bright red, medium-sized apple bred from 'McIntosh' and a later maturing variety. The result is a crisp, slightly tart apple with white flesh of high quality that ripens late season in September. Extra juicy and crisp! An excellent all purpose apple developed at the Geneva Experimental Station in New York state.
