The Kaffir lime is a fragrant and distinct citrus variety, known for its bumpy green fruit and aromatic leaves. This tropical plant is not hardy to our area (Zone 7a) and must be brought inside during the winter. Bring your citrus tree in before temperatures drop below 40°.
