The Calamondin orange, is a cross between a mandarin and a kumquat. A small and vibrant citrus fruit, its known for its unique combination of tangy and slightly sweet flavor. It’s perfect for making refreshing drinks, marinades, or adding a burst of citrus to sauces and desserts. Its thin, orange skin is packed with juicy pulp that’s both tart and aromatic.

This tropical plant is not hardy to our area (Zone 7a) and must be brought inside during the winter. Bring your citrus tree in before temperatures drop below 40°.
